Fairly overgrown in certain parts. Be careful of encampments — there are a few sketchy areas. Haha. Otherwise, cute little loop.

Easy trail, a bit of trash as it appears homeless use this area to sleep. Still a lot of flowers, and a good trail if you are looking for something fast.

I didn’t complete cause I didn’t feel comfortable crossing the busy road, but what I did see was great. You are close to a lot of roads, and you can hear the cars, but for the most part you can’t see them. Loved all the cacti and wildflowers

Beautiful today as all the wildflowers are our. Limited signage on this trail but the canyon makes navigating which of many minor trails to take much easier. Great for a quick hour rambling around the trails. Gentle hills so great for beginners.

Really nice hike through the wildflowers today! Trails are super well maintained and only passed a few other people! I highly recommend this as the flowers were some of the most beautiful we’ve seen!

Good for biking, walking, running, hiking, etc. Sometimes crowded, but far less than other areas of the park. Be wary of wildlife, strangers.

ok hike not much to see. Got some exercise in. I want to recant this "not much to see" after reading some history and the preservation effort of the landscape and original plants of San Diego it was a pretty cool hike ... ....

Good hike! The trail loops and is perfect if you're looking for a quick hike. Towards the end is all incline and no shade. Be prepared.

Decent. Not special. Every now and then a homeless man asks you for a cigarette. Makes you wonder why one would ask a runner for a cancer stick. Do smokers run/hike? So many questions...

Trail is pretty fun with a good amount of hilly areas. Crashing could mean fatal injuries in some areas due to ditches. Also the trail crosses a busy road so hope to god your amazing at frogger.

Fun easy trail with a pretty view of Coronado bridge. Secret little stream that follows the trail.
