Nice trail. Very easy. Pet friendly. There are rattlesnakes so be careful when walking in the evening. Great for bike rides.

This is a nice hike at the right time of year. Today it was hot, and overcrowded with inner city people disrepecting the environment with illegal fires, loud music, and trash eveywhere. Go early, and not on a weekend in the summer.

Rode this trail this morning on the 4th of July. Left early and got to the trail head 7 AM thereby avoiding crowds. We rode the trail all
the way to Cogswell Dam and rode across it. The trail returns to dirt passed the dam and we returned the same way. Great ride, beautiful scenery and a good workout. Will do again!
