Absolutely beautiful, but then again so is almost all of Big Basin. It's a nice walk and the trees are a sight in themselves. There isn't anything especially striking throughout the path so not worth investing as a main event in your trip. However, for those only looking for an easy 30-45 min walk among some friendly giants, this path is absolutely for you.

Very wet experience! my friend and I really enjoyed this place...but we did start sort of late and the fog got verrrrrry heavy at about 4pm, which made it very dark on the way home...great hike/scenery...easy

Nice shady hike, leads to a small pond (the waterfall was not running as of May 30, 2017) but there were newts living in it which in my opinion is cooler. Watch for banana slugs along the trees and mossy patches.

This is a good trail among the Redwoods. It's a pretty legit drive to get back to this area and then you are amongst the Redwoods. Some parts of the trail are steep and somewhat technical but the majority is relatively flat and easy. Bring the bug spray.
