Currently all passive walkthrough activity is permitted; parking lots, basketball/racquetball courts, and trails are open. $3 car entry fee M-F, but there's street parking right outside and you can walk in for free. Walking trail itself is alright; all paved, a couple of moderate elevation changes. Nice, but park isn't particularly pretty.

An excellent way to get some steps in. Parking lots are closed, but restrooms in the park are open.

Great park for walking your dog. This isn’t really a hike but more of a scenic park loop. Even still, it has plenty to look at and is well worth checking out if you live nearby. One thing to keep in mind, the area is fairly heavily trafficked so if you’re looking for something secluded I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Nice enough for a walk in the park, but it's hard to consider it a hike. Come to enjoy the park, look at the ducks, and walk your dog.

Super easy trail. Great for families and dogs. The whole way is paved except if you want to make your way up to the dam, that part is dirt. There are water fountains here and there throughout the park and bathrooms along the trail.

For a 55 yr old, it's.a very good trail with short uphill stretches that gets the blood flowing. Following the map takes roughly an hour to finish. Park itself is very nice and well maintained. Park along State College Blvd. and just walk in to avoid park fees.

First to Review

This is a paved walking path through Craig park, not really a hiking trail. It turns into a dirt path if you go up and over Fullerton dam. Other than that, it's a very well kept park with a lake and stream. I think you have to pay to park, but there is free parking on the street. We saw ducks, geese, lizards, squirrels, tadpoles, turtles, and crawfish. Three stars for the scenery, other than that, it's a fairly leisurely stroll.
