I had a great time on this hike! You cover a lot of different landscapes. The views of the ocean are amazing. Another highlight is the views and switchbacks at the bottom of the coastal trail. That valley is gorgeous. I looped up through Muir Woods on the way back which added a bit of distance to the overall hike, but it was well worth it! Heads up, you will need to pay the park fee to get into Muir Woods.

Nice hike overall. Got a little turned around in the beginning trying to find Dipsea, not sure how that happened but we found it. Started with the coastal section first, I think this way made it a lot easier. Overall a nice hike. Some of the Redwood Creek section is pretty overgrown at the moment but not to bad. I'd recommend, nice views, good mix of landscapes, and a decent workout.
