Similar to the Piety Loop - just a little further northwest. Be sure to check out the canyon overlook along the trail. The Clear Creek Canyon is hundreds of feet deep and has great whitewater kayaking.

Great little hike if you only have a little time. Not many people as well. If you're looking for getting away from the crowd, this might work for you.

Fun trail. Meant to do Piety Hill Loop but zigged when I should’ve zagged and ended up on this one. Nice trail.

This trail and Piety Loop are both decent rides. A little rocky in some spots, but plenty of beautiful scenery. You can ride 3 ways, Cloverdale, Piety and Horsetown. Plenty of turn around and ample trailer parking at the Cloverdale Trail Head.

We had only done the Piety Hill Loop from the bottom on Clear Creek, but this time we started up top and connected from there. Much wider trails, warmer and brighter. Beautiful, no water as the creeks crossing were all pretty dry but we had plenty of water. The vista loop is highly recommended. No difficult parts really, so I’m not sure why they would rate the Cloverdale Loop as medium in difficulty on AllTrails. Dogs had a blast and I got a good workout! Also caught some fruity blossom smells and some bees buzzing as spring is getting an early start.

Easy, well kept trail that has a great midway treat (beautiful overlook of Clear Creek complete with picnic table). This is a couples out for a stroll kind of trail, not suited for a serious hiking adventure.
