Fun trail. Saw about 100 lizards and the tail end of 1 snake and zero other people. Took 2 hours with a little break on the bench at the end. Once the sun break it gets hot fast so bring water

Good ascent, with a great view and bench to sit at the top. Little to no shade throughout hike.

Nice trail. Wife, 3-y-old toddler and myself in shorts: now no problem with bushes. Hot but doable because of nice cooling wind. Met only 1 person. Started at noon.

it's a workout if you keep up a good pace. I wore shorts without any issue. definitely no shade but the day I went there was a constant cool breeze which I enjoyed. you would want to do this one early this time of year. 2 hours round trip with time spent on top enjoying the beautiful views!

A local favorite. Probably passed by about 5 hikers the whole way out and back. I would say this is easy to moderate. Beautiful view at the top. It had been a few years since I've hiked this. If you want to sit on the chairs on the big boulder, its a bit of a scramble. The stairway leading to the chairs is no longer there.

Moderate to Moderately strenuous depending on your fitness. The chairs are about quarter mile past the highest point. There is no longer stairs to the chairs. But if you go another quarter mile, there is another viewpoint with a bench.

Wear pants, some plants have thorns, if you go to the top watch your steps very narrow the trail easy to fall down, great view and many beautiful flowers. It was cloudy/sunny 5/31/20

Parking is limited, go early. Wear pants! Over grown, majority of the time there is brush encroaching the trail you must wade through, but a cool little hike with gorgeous views. Dog friendly - our little one loved it! Lots of lizards. Beware of rattle snakes!! Got hissed at and had to wait for one to cross the trail.

A little overgrown towards the end of May. Would have been perfect a month ago. Can’t beat the view.

Beautiful hike. Just starting at the beginning is beautiful. Super overgrown, lots of bees. But just gently keep walking. Parking lot is open.
