Cataract, Helen Markt, Kent and High Marsh Trail Loop is a 9.2 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Greenbrae, California that features a lake and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and nature trips.
January 10, 2021Very enjoyable trail with lots of fun varying terrains and landscapes. Made a slight detour to see the falls which was worth it, but did encounter more people in the trails leading there. Otherwise not too many folks a majority of the time. Somewhat challenging due to some elevation but it was pretty spread out which made it more manageable.

January 20, 2020Great trail. Feels like the trail would never end. I started from alpine dam. Trail is well maintained. Some fallen trees on the trail. Otherwise its all good. Bring lots of water and snack bars. . Lots of stairs. High marsh has a beautiful view.

First to ReviewBeautiful hike but long. Not many people. If it is warm, bring lots of water, the hike up can cause dehydration
