This is a great backpack trip into Hockett Mdw where there are good quiet campsites and the 3 mile one-way trail to Cahoon Rock which is where I went and there are great views . It is not much of a climb, it is just a rock outcrop on a ridge. The is a trail that dives off to Evelyn Lake for another two miles but I didn't have time to hike there
