Burst Rock is a 2.7 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Long Barn, California that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, trail running, camping, and horses and is best used from June until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Be aware gate at the fire road entrance was closed and locked. Over 5 mile hike to get to the trails head . Not bad but not what I had time for today. Disappointing.
