Finally got out here to run this trail. A lot more intense than I remember hiking it, but I had fun. Much needed elevation gain.
Really nice and clean trail. Great for running. I’ll be back for a run.
Hidden Gem in San Jose. 50% shade and sun. It is a little rocky in the 1/4 at the beginning. Nice view of the city along the trail.
Well shaded and good views of San Jose. A bit rocky in some parts so watch your step. Dog friendly, no issues with bugs.
Nice trail, mixed of hills and flat trail.. View of Almaden Valley and Blossom Hill at top. Go early so there is less people.
Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. I saw a flyer saying you may see snakes, I was a little put off by that but I think it is a rare occurrence so don’t worry too much if you see it! Highly recommend for a quick get-away :)
