Easy but nice 1hr hike close to home. We only took half the advertised trail, then took the bridge, then walked thru the Rush Creek development.

Great views, amazing amount of herons and egrets. Lots of poison oak, though...

Super easy, relatively flat trail. The levy (almost 1.5 miles in) had really high grasses, check for ticks! My first intro to this trail was mt biking with children, it was perfect for that. Dogs on leash only due to marshes - lots of ducks.

Easy trail for trail running. Mostly flat with a small climb at around mile 5.
