Parking was tricky and I ended up walking from the Yahoo area. Very lovely. Saw people every 100 ft or so. Most people had dogs, and only one or two were on leashes (although I had no issues). Aka don’t come here if you’re afraid of dogs.

Nice easy walk. Parked on the street in Playa Vista since the gate to the parking area is locked.

Easy trail with only a few other people on it. Loads of wild life which thrilled the kids. Saw plenty of lizards, birds, rabbits and even some geese and a gosling.

The lower trail is closed, but the upper trail was lovely around sunset!

Easy hike, saw some wild bunnies and birds. Would be much better to run than hike, but a leisurely stroll with kids would be a perfect match. Bring water!

Thoroughly enjoyed this early a.m. trail, flat trails walk on a Friday. Not crowded, clean and able to find ample parking at the John Henschel soccer field/park just off off of Bluff Creek Dr. All thumbs up!

Nice flat walk. The north side is along a creek with a lot of birds. Enjoyable place to walk or run. Would do this one again.

clear and dry. A few friendly well behaved dogs, mid day.

Straightforward walking path with smooth dirt or pavement the whole way. Lots of off-leash dogs and dog poop bags despite the trash cans everywhere(???). The path closer to the water is clearly labelled private property but it was plenty well traveled and we saw tons of folks on a Sunny Sunday afternoon. The path further up the hill gave nicer views and is actually public, but has very little shade. Overall great place if you love dogs and easy walks.

Great trail for a calm stroll. It is not very challenging for experienced hikers because is flat all the way but is long enough to get your heart pumping in the morning.

Limited parking at trailhead. The official path goes off to the left to follow the bluffs but a pathway follows the creek and is more shaded and interesting, although marked private property many people and dog walkers choose that path. Great for bird watching and getting a little easy slice of nature in the city Easy 3mile there and back walk with the halfway point being the entrance to LMU overlooking the wetlands and Marina Del Rey. The bluff path gives higher views over Playa Vista and the new social media studio as well as views of Santa Monica mountains if clear. Advise not to do midday as limited shade but sunset can be excellent.

Nice trail, especially for anyone who hates incline. Great spot to bring your pup. A couple of shaded spots get kind of muddy after rain, but never to the point of blocking the whole trail. It’s a wide trail, mostly dirt or asphalt but there is a short concrete section near the western side (by LMU entrance). Highly recommend this one just before sunset during the week. Also, it’s really not a loop anymore as the lower path is fenced off near the fire road. More of an out and back trail. If you start near LMU you can do either upper or lower trail out and back. If you start at fire road you’re limited to upper trail until you make it down to the west end, then can hop down to the lower path and head back east, but you’ll have to turn around and trek back again because of the fence between the fire road and lower trail. Either way, a nice hike.

great trail. difficult to fund parking near trailhead - some spots on east side of Lincoln south of trailhead.

There are bluffs. There is a creek. There is an easy paved trail. Bluffs. Creek. Trail. Not a ton more to say, really.

Easy nature walk. No real incline. I parked at Court Park and got a warning ticket so I’m not entirely sure where to park next time. Dog-friendly and all dogs I came across were off leash, which is great. You’re not secluded by any means (you can see cars and buildings the whole time), but a great way to get outside without having to drive too far. I would do it again!

Pleasant stroll

Ya, this trail was mostly all concrete, near loud busy street and neighborhood, trash every where. The lower dirt road has private property signs but was probably the best part of this hike. Quiet, less foot traffic and near creek. Still not my favorite and probably will never go back. Sorry to say.

I've been walking this trail since before it was on AllTrails so I am glad to see it made it! It's a short and easy hike that's usually not too crowded on week days. It is an on-leash trail, however every time we've walked it we've ran into off leash dogs, so be aware of that. It's not a spectacular hike, but if you are looking to get a few miles in somewhere close it's great.
