Awesome view. Must wear the proper shoes for this trail. Very slippery and rocky. The view is worth it all. Recommended. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.

(Hiked on 6/9) Solid and easy trail that takes you right down to the Pacific Ocean. No fuss whatsoever and spent a decent three hours here exploring. Only thing worth mentioning is the trail at certain parts are right on the edge of the cliff so stay alert and keep the munchkins close if you have them - Till the next! RikRask

I stumbled upon this overlook when I first moved out here. I didn’t realize that the trail would wind down in to bluff cove for what is, in my opinion, one of LA’s most underrated spots to go for a relaxing stroll with scenic views.

Beautiful Trail! Went on a Saturday 5/30 around noon time and there were many people... however plenty of room to social distance. Parked along the road near the trail. Toward the end, the trail ends and you have to walk on rocks. Overall this trail is easy, just be careful with children because there are some steep parts. Very beautiful

Great morning trail for my four year old and myself. It was kind of difficult to have good footing due to the loose dirt and rocks. The trail is very steep with no side rails but the walking path was wide enough to feel safe. We had to crab walk down some sections but that’s due to our poor shoe choice. When you get to the bottom you walk through a very small patch of overgrown plants but then you see the water within a 3 minute walk. Very rocky but you can turn left or right and there are spots where you can lay a blanket or some beach chairs. Overall a pretty good way to start your morning. You will get dirty so dress accordingly.

Great little hike down to the water! beautiful views! lots of surfers going up and down with flip-flops, but a good profiled shoe makes a big difference.

I wish this trail was longer but its still pretty nice. At low tide you can access some tide pools. Some of the trails that branch off are a bit steep but one has a helpful rope that makes scrambling up and down it a bit easier. Despite the length, its a very beautiful hike.

About 2/3 the way down, it becomes a training course for Nathan Drake. Was a tad too rocky, so I headed back.

Trail leads to the water. Half the trail is over rocks. It's really cool to hear the waves move all of the loose rocks. A very relaxing sound.

The trail itself is pretty easy, but if you try to go off the trail to get to the rocks and tide pools, be prepared to slip a bit.
