Bear Creek Trail is a 13.5 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Yreka, California that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is rated as difficult and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and backpacking. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

No way to get to the trailhead, but beautiful drive from Yreka.

The side road at the end that is supposed to take you to the trailhead, there is a sign at the beginning of this road that reads private road, no public access. There was no other obvious way to get to trailhead. Don't bother with this hike.
