The last time I went by this trail, it was blocked by private property (cattle ranch) and had no trespassing signs posted. I headed up the La Brea creek and had to bypass the trail. It might be accessible to the north. That was almost two years ago, and the is no reports that I can find that it is now open. Edit: I was by the trailhead this weekend, or what I believe was the trailhead. there was a simple marker that just said "trail", but it was still blocked by a barb wire fence. It looked like people have been using it, so I will have to return and see if the trail is usable. if so, I will edit again. on IG as @picbynathan
