Nice shady trail ride for horses meandering through madrones and manzanita with some cedars and pines. Elevation meanders. Easy to get lost and steep ravines and motorcycle trails surround. Stay diligent.

Trail is rough going at times. Very few flat areas, mostly up or down steep terrain. Single file trail, some overgrown areas. Trail is marked with stakes and streamers.
Poison oak was abundant!
