Easy trail for the whole family. Brought my 5-year-old stepson and he had a blast checking out the snake holes (didn't spot any snakes, though). The initial incline for the main portion of the trail is very steep but not terribly long, & it's paved to the top. We veered off to the left instead of coming off the other side of the hill, and met up with the main trail around the side of the hill. Stopped near the power line summit for a snack, then hiked back down a different trail to the parking lot. Plenty of parking, bathrooms, and picnicking areas at the entrance.

I got a nice workout at this location today. If you hike up the west side of the hill to the back and decide to follow the trail down alongside the fence be very careful. It’s very steep. But doable.

Trail was okay. Completed 4.4 miles. You will see some wildlife in terms of lizards and rats. Nice view of the city. There are two different routes. One is a loop trail the other is an up and back. The loop for has a very steep hill so If you go that route make sure you have water

I recently went with my 5 year old daughter. The hike was amazing but there were snakes at every turn! I would go again but this time without my daughter.

This location is great if you want to do a short walk or a nice little hike, there are several combination of routs you can take. Once you reach the top, you have great views of the city, very nice at sundown.

Before it became a Park, our Biology teacher took us up here to study wild plants. Is just sad and disappointing to see all that tagging. It gives the place a feel of unsafe.

I like this location, it has a nice area at the bottom with plenty of trees and it's great to practice uphills. Once you get to the top, there are plenty of good views of the city, best views are at sundown.

It's really nice at night. You can see a great view of downtown LA and the city night lights. You'll even spot an owl or a bat if you're lucky and you'll always see rabbits running around. Right now is probably the best time to go it's really green because of the rain and its full of sun flowers everywhere!

I had a hard time not knowing which way to go. I think next time will be easier. Trail was a little ripped up in some places so watch your step. Good view and quite a few trail options.

At first im not going to lie, the scene isnt all the nice, but the work out is amazing! The inclines are killers but we got thru 3 different incline and they were huge! You practically have to hold on, on the fence, really amazing hike, coyotes are out here as well, will def be comming back here! Not children friendly!
