Arcadia Wilderness Park is open by reservation only on the weekends. During weekdays, it is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The loop trail is a short half-mile loop around the perimeter of the park. Steep in places, there are stairs and handrails that make this trail easier for kids or beginners.

A nearby backup to the trails at Chantry Flat, where access is sadly closed due to the stupid government shutdown. The trail is short, but there's some elevation gain (and stairs!), making for a decent workout if you do several laps.
