Very cool rock formations on the leg along the stream. Fascinating flora, especially for someone not used to the desert ecosystem. Not much shade on this hike, so plan accordingly. If you're a climber, you'll be tempted - but it's a no-climbing zone.

Very easy. Lots of scenery!

It was definitely an easy walk for the able bodied. There was a rattlesnake encounter by the group in front of us but easily bypassable. Lush Palm trees by the river. Enjoyable walk.

Beautiful little walk in the canyon along a stream with little mini waterfalls amidst lots of palm trees. The canyon colors are beautiful! Very well maintained, easy and relatively flat for little kids. One mile roundtrip. Go here first, then take your brochure to Tahquitz Canyon for a discount on the entrance fee.

Excellent trail! Beautiful hike that runs along the river with great views of the valley on the back side of the loop. Would definitely hike again.

Beautiful oasis down in rugged canyon. Overhanging cliffs were cool, and stream through boulders & over drops was magic. Found little sandy spot between massive boulders and iced down legs. Return up on south canyon wall with view of oasis, palms, & jagged cliffs on opposite side was sweet.

Beautiful and short walk, only a few rocky moments. I went after rain and the creek was beautiful and it smelled amazing and fresh.

Great place to learn about the desert. Many eco systems in play here. Nice gentle climb along the creek. Easy trail, some scrambling around small rocks on the trail. Overall great short hike.

Really beautiful quick hike. Worth the admission fee. Would also recommend stopping at the trading post look out over Palm Canyon

This tail doesn't disappoint! Easy and incredibly scenic, the palm tree-lined path follows a natural spring Creek along side stunning canyon rocks. Pick a shady spot to have lunch or meditate. It's one of my favorite hikes in the world. The trail isn't paved, so may not accomdate waffles with special mobility needs. It's a great hike for kids, with lots of lizards and birds to watch, as well.

Great Easy trail with some amazing rock formations and a babbling creek. The only thing that slowed down our hike was our stopping to enjoy the unique rock formations and creek features. A great trail for younger children to explore and see some amazing cliffs and natural palm oasis.
