The forest is nice but there is too much horse s**t on the trail, making it a challenge for parents with smaller kids and/or a stroller. There are many other lovely forest trails in the mountains dividing Bay and the seashore, this one has nothing special that would make it worth the hassle. Wouldn’t go again.

You have to pay, when you do dorky choices. Loop VS Two Ends (6:30)
