RunningGreat!

Nasty smell for about an hour, run against the wind and last one mile along the bay freeway, otherwise this is really a beautiful trail. You can easily complete this in under an hour or so.

Open trail, no shade, but beautiful hike by the bay. Better to start late in the evening to avoid heat

I personally like it if I'm not trying to do something hard, but still trying to have fun. it has a nice little snake bike trail of n the side of the walking area. the "bike lane" is nice and bumpy and has some little jumps to do. GOOD FOR BEGGINERS, OR JUST HAVING FUN

Great trail for running - gravel only. Few people out but the trail is wide enough to afford plenty of space to socially distance. Scenic, sunny views. Enjoy!

If you like watching birds and their behavior, this trail is mostly suggested. Also, doing it at cloudy weather makes it much easier and better in terms of visibility.

My favorite place for casual hikes, great place to bring out of town guests. Lots of bird viewing since it’s a migratory path. In summer, expect large Pelicans, and winter has more smaller shorebirds. In summer it can get too hot mid-day since there are no trees, can get windy and sometimes there are a lot of gnats (not the biting type).

Nice, flat walking trail you can extend or shorten based on how long you want to be out . Took my time to photograph birds and hares. It can get pretty windy here.
