Flat, good for walking or bicycling, bicyclists can continue on north on paved Denton Ferry Road for additional 9 miles (18 round trip) with moderate local traffic. Cotter Spring is a trout sanctuary and favorite local swimming hole.

Great beginner trail. The area that follows the bluff/river line is very well maintained. Small portion of the trail was overgrown, we just bypassed. Kid friendly
