Gorgeous waterfalls but be prepared to be run over by hundreds of ATVs. Literally hundreds! The trail to the three falls was designed for ATVs so get ready for mud, drunk atv people, and stopping to let them by. The hike itself back up was more hard than moderate. All in all the waterfalls made it worth it though.

absolutely beautiful. we have hiked many trails all over Arkansas and this is one of the most beautiful. 3 waterfalls, small caves in limestone bluffs, and places to cool in the water. however being an out and back hike with an elevation of 715 feet meant the hike back was very steep and slippery with clay ruts and big rocks. we also definitely needed our bug spray. once down at the bottom the atvs were all over, probably 50 if them. some tried to go up the hiking trail right before we headed back so we had to wait. they couldn't all make it up so they turned around. we definitely want to go back but may rent atv's to get down and back more easily another way and enjoy the waterfalls and small pools.

Fabulous and peaceful trail. I never encountered another human being. :) You definitely need hiking shoes and I used two poles. Prepare yourself for the hike back up the mountain. Tons of butterflies. The waterfalls were hardly flowing but the trail was worth the beauty, peace and time.

Even though this trail has a sign that says no ATVs, it seems to be taken over by them. We happily didnt see any on our hike. Would highly recommend hiking boots, very rocky. Falls were beautiful though!!

Hiking shoes are a must. Waterfalls and the entire trail are beautiful. We did it in Summer and it was quite dry but can't imagine how challenging this steep trail can be after some rain. To grade it as "moderate" is quite optimistic due to rocky terrain and to steep beginning and end specially if it becomes muddy.

This trail is definitely intended for ATV’s as there are really no switchbacks and it is very steep at spots. It is very rocky. The waterfall we saw was very pretty.

Really lovely hike to three waterfalls. Make sure you wear appropriate shoes—tennis shoes probably won’t cut it. And be careful when walking on rocks in the creeks. They can be very slippery!

Always a great hike. Not many hikers out today but a number of ATV's out. All of them slowed when we crossed paths. The waterfalls were running good with the recent rains and it was worth the climb out back to the trailhead. Water was a bit chilly as you have to cross the creek. Overall great day hiking!

I didn't read reviews on elevation.. glad I didn't. It's a short down and out but steep! Met ATVers which was not on hiking list Found the 3 falls including the 60 ft fall...amazing! Because of all the rain, we got a bonus fall along the way. Had to cross creek a few times in shin deep water moving swift but trails pretty wide and clear. Beautiful day!

We really enjoyed the hike. Waterfalls were beautiful and water flow was high. We got off the trails a bit near the creeks and had to bushwhack but that was our fault. Still awesome afternoon. 3 waterfalls is one day is great.

This was an amazing hike! Very strenuous at the beginning going straight down about 800ft and straight back up that same 800 on your way out! Round trip for us was about 5 miles! 3 beautiful waterfalls made the hard parts so worth it!

Up to 4 waterfalls if you are a little more adventurous than others! Such a great wet day out! Have spent the past two days out there! The trek back up will kick your butt without proper gear! It’s totally worth it! Such a magnificent place to hang out or even camp!

Challenging hike to beautiful falls. Trails were rutted really bad by ATVs & 4 wheelers. Don’t expect to be alone since you can get to two of the fall via vehicles as large as Jeeps. Steep climb down and back up. Suggested trekking poles no matter how fit or cool you think you are.

Great day to hike, waterfalls flowing full, and two unmarked additional waterfalls. Very steep walk back, worth it.
