Pfeifer Loop, located in North Little Rock's Campbell Lake Park, is primarily a mountain bike trail, but is also great for hiking and trail running. This natural surface trail is mostly flat and twisty and is nestled in between the Arkansas River Trail and Campbell Lake just north of the Big Dam Bridge. The river side of the loop is a mixture of sandy and hardpack trail, while the lake side of the loop is mostly hardpack. There are several access points from Cooks Landing, Isabella Jo Trail, and the Arkansas River Trail. The trail is well marked with yellow blazes. The trail is well maintained and gets heavy use at times.

This was our first Trail for my wife and I. We took our 12 year old son and 8 year old granddaughter, we had a great time, The Trail was marked very well, easy to navigate. Would give it a 5 star other than a few areas that the trail was to sandy in a few places. Great time for all.

Nice flat and twisty singletrack. Note that the trail is primarily used by mountain bikers, but good for hiking/trail running. Sandy on the south side of the loop, hardpack on the north side of the loop. Easy access on/off the trail.
