The trail begins north of Clarksville on Ark. 21 and continues north until Ark. 21 exits the forest near the Buffalo National River at Ponca. You have the option of continuing north on Ark. 21 to U.S. 62 at Eureka Springs. Many vacation options. Hiking, camping, canoeing etc.

The drive is beautiful with the ozark mountains at every winding turn with the rushing Buffalo below. Beautiful bluffs, waterfalls and great hiking all around.
