Choose either 2.3 mile point-to-point hike, or 4.6 mile out-and-back hike. Rolling forest trail, lake views, rocky ravine crossings. Moderate challenge. Volunteers clear this trail annually in winter, summer weed growth warrants protection against ticks and chiggers. There are two trailheads. The 13-mile Norfork Trail has 6 trailheads, resulting in 5 segments. This is the northernmost section of the 13-mile linear Norfork Trail, southern terminus at Norfork Dam and following the eastern shore for ¼ of the lake’s length.
