Loved this trail. Probably would give it a moderate level due to incline. Very easy to lose track of the trail but orange tie markers on trees are easily spotable. Not a very clear trek. Lots of briars, some downed trees on the path. Otherwise it was an enjoyable hike with a split Creek that leads straight to a drop waterfall. BEAUTIFUL!!

‘Trail head’ parking is easy to find. First 50 yards or so is through briars, would be a little tough during growing season. The volunteer trail is easy to loose, but just keep heading down hill to the creek if you do. Head left at the creek and keep going, This is flat and easy, although you may need to cross over the creek once or twice for an easier hike. You’ll come across the falls soon enough. Getting to the top of falls is straight forward, but it’s a scramble to get to the bottom. So for the briars at the beginning and the scramble to the bottom, I’d take it up a notch... it’s not THAT easy!

This trail is on the upper end of moderate. initial entry at trailhead is not completely straight forward to locate the actual trail, but gets better as you get further into the hike. There is an abundance of slick and loose rocks when you go to the actual falls portion of the trail. Overall, short hike though challenging.
