This is a flat, out-and-back paved trail. It’s a well maintained path. This trail is connected to the Crystal Bridges Trail so if you are looking for extra miles it’s an easy add on. The trail can be busy at times, especially with bikers due to the numerous dirt trails in the area. There is a bike station on it for any bikers and bathroom facilities as well. Overall a good trail if you want to go running, walking or biking.

Its'a quiet walk on pavement. However, I don't know who thinks there's any altitude change. I wore my altimeter and it was a 5m change the whole trail.

I was in Bentonville visiting friends and was looking for local hiking trails. Do Not Be Fooled! This is not a hiking trail, it is a walking/Biking path. Paved the entire way, there are off-shoots that get off the path but they are set up for mountain biking only. Also, the path never loops back so the only way to get back to where you started is to turn around.
