a little bit rough trails but overall good corner of Fayetteville to get you in the dog lost for a couple hours.

Great area, bad trail for hiking. It's designed with bicyclists in mind, which explains the myriad of close-knit loops all over the area, not just the mountain itself. They are in good condition, however, most of the actual mileage isn't on the official map or on most internet maps (though the dashed blue markings on this site look accurate). Definitely more than 2.2 miles, and the biking loops are excessive as a hiker, and easier to lose track of what you've done since the physical markers are also inconsistent. It's a fun place to get "lost" if you're up for an adventure and have enough food and water. It's in town, yet it feels wild and you can accidentally or intentionally make it a full day affair by attempting different directions on the many intersections. It's just a shame that it's not even appropriately marked.

If you like to get your heart rate up, these are some great trails! Make sure to wear your boots too, trails are rocky. And in the fall season, they’re all covered with the fallen leaves which makes the rocks harder to navigate. All worth it when you see the views from some of the over looks.

This trail is much longer than 2.2 miles. There are several shortcuts and cross trails , but If you start at the trailhead on Happy Hollow Road and travel counter clockwise and stay on the outer path, you can travel over 5 miles. One spur leads to a water tower on top of Mount Sequoia. The overall trail may be a bit overgrown in chigger season, but it’s a good trail and you are never out of cell range.

Amazing set of trails! What a great way to enjoy the forests close to where you live!

Worst trail in NWA. Poorly marked and overgrown. Very disappointed after a promising sign and pavilion. If you hike with snake boots, carry a machete, and enjoy walking hunched over due to branches while taking countless spiderwebs to the face, you might will enjoy this. If your used to clearly marked trails that are more than a foot wide stay away. Very rocky and shady with lots of chiggers and mosquitos. Lots of potential but very poorly maintained. **We turned back after 45 minutes due to getting lost and the trails being to overgrown for our dog.

Great easy/moderate hike in Fayetteville. The trailhead was super easy to find. It’s by a residential area. The trail itself was confusing, like others have said. The GPS helped tremendously and we actually had fun trying to find our way. Without the GPS though it would have been frustrating. It’s a beautiful trail and even though it was almost 90 degrees when we went, the tree cover definitely helped. I recommend it!

It was really beautiful but seriously difficult to follow the trails out here.

Poorly marked trail. Without this App I would have been lost. But, with AllTrails I backtracked and found my way. Going clockwise the uphill trek was rocky and strenuous but once we leveled out it was easy to moderate. Nice hike!
