Nice, level trail that follows a creek to a waterfall. There was not nearly as much water as the main trail picture shows, but there was some water coming over one point in the middle. Still, it was a very scenic spot, and well worth the 1 mile each way. There were four groups on the trail when we visited on a Friday. With the low water, there were several points along the way where we could walk out on the rocks in the riverbed.

Wonderful and quick hike- great for dogs!! We were so happy with this hike. Saw several families with little kids and lots oof dog owners, but was sparse enough that you could converse with your group without other hikers hearing. *Drive a car that is good for a long long dirt road!

Great well marked trail, and a great area to relax and enjoy the falls at the end. Got crowded toward the middle of the day. Overall very enjoyable!

Since we went on July 17th, we kinda knew it will not have much water. I imagine it's much prettier in the fall. We spent some time in the water anyways. Parking lot was on the smaller side and basically right on the main road. Very easy trail. Nothing to complain about, but also not a highlight of the day, just ok. Good for people with small kids or elderly. The drive there is about 7-10 miles on the unpaved road!

Easy hike to the falls, took about 15-20 minutes each way (moving slowly because of the heat). The trail was mostly shaded and super doable in the midday heat. The water level was much much lower than usual (according to the locals), about 2.5-3 feet at the deepest. That being said, the water was perfect and totally worth the hike for us!

Short easy trail that ends with a swim in a little waterfall. Took our 2 6 month old boxer pups. We all had a blast. Can get crowded so go as early as possible to avoid a large crowd.

We love this place. It’s really popular and too busy at times. Flat hike with several places to play in the water if you want. It is quite muddy in places, but you can pretty easily navigate around the mud. Depending on how much time you take, plan to spend 20-45 minutes headed in and 1-2 hours swimming at the falls. Absolutely beautiful and so much fun for kids of all ages.

The trail was easy and mostly flat with some muddy spots. However, expect driving around 7 miles on an unpaved road (Madison 3345). It takes us one 1.5 hours back and forth. The waterfall at the end is worth it!

A Little rocky in places, pretty muddy, easy enough with the family, and a 2.5 year old. Just had to carry her a little bit. The falls were roaring due to recent rain but the kids were still able to jump off a rock to the side and do some swimming and playing. We went around 1 pm and had the place to ourselves for a couple of hours and then it got busy.

Very good trail. Was very muddy and flooded in places but not deep. Water was moving very fast but wading in shallow parts was fine.

Great trail for families ending in swimming hole with many small cascades in addition to the falls. In and out under three hours with time for lunch and exploring.

Beautiful place. The trail to get to the Falls is narrow. Many pretty stops on the stream along the way. Enjoyed sunbathing near the water.

This is an easy trail appropriate for beginners and people of all ages. There are rock, mud and some puddles to walk through, so I would recommend hiking boots or candles if you don't mind getting wet.

This an easy trail and great for all skill levels. Is a bit rocky but flat, and can be a bit muddy after a rain. The trailhead is marked and the trail just follows the river to the falls and beyond, so it's super easy to follow.

Trail was easy to find, well-marked, and popular on this sunny Spring day! Wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirty if there has been lots of rain. Hope to make it back soon, definitely worth the 2 hour drive!
