Nice easy long trail. There's a few rolling hills but nothing to major to not complete.
Awesome! This is part of a series of trails at White Oak Lake State Park, this is a very well maintained park with a terrific staff! The trails are heavily wooded and clearly marked, nothing too hard but very peaceful and amazingly secluded for being in the middle of a popular lake! Most people just fish, not many hike these awesome trails!
Its a really well maintained park, and the people in the visitor center were fantastic . The trail is well marked and well maintained. The trail is shaded all the way, and the views of the lake were mostly through the trees. I'm not a biker, but it looks like a great mountain bike trail.
The park says the trail is 9.8 miles, but I only got to 8.9 on GPS.
Wonderful place to camp and relax. Trail is not too strenuous. Nice scenery.
