Falling water falls is on the right at 2.3 miles, Six Finger falls is at mile 6 on the left. Other falls in are in the area. Primitive camping with no facilities at Richland Creek campsite. Pit toilet and picknic tables, fire rings. Richland Creek has several falls that can be bushwacked to. Great area to enjoy.

First visit and I was not disappointed. Pictures do not do this place justice. Highly recommend checking it out. Very easy to find and right off the road.

This is my favorite drive. The many waterfalls on this drive are all so breath taking! Falling falls is great cause you can just walk to it from the road. As well as six fingers. However my favorite fall is Terry Keef about a quarter mile past 6 fingers there's a trail head on the left roughly a mile back. The waterfall back there is gorgeous, and TALL. Flows straight off the top of a rock wall.

Great trails. Plenty of falls.

A better route from central Arkansas was I:40 to Hwy 7 North. At Pelsor take Hwy 16 past Pedestal rocks and continue to Falling Waters road. This saved over 45 minutes. Try to time your trip after a significant rain.

Stop at first big waterfall then turn around and leave.

Right off the gravel road. Really enjoyed the falls. Assuming it would be a nice place to swim in the summer.

what an outstanding drive and if you like chasing waterfalls right on this road i would guess with in a miles are 2 fantastic waterfalls. falling waters waterfall & six finger falls. you don't even have to get out of your car to see them. but you will want too. to get there you'll have to drive about 4 to 6 miles on a dirt road but they are more than worth it. i stop on a beautiful january morning and i couldn't believe how pretty they are. even the trees and rock formation in and around the creek are something to see. bring a good camera with you. you won't want to pass up theses 2 gems. i must of spent at least an hour at each falling. i will be posting 3 picture of a roadside view of the creek thats in between both falling. Even on my way home from the campgrounds I had to stop for another half hour to enjoy these two gorgeous waterfalls one last time.

You don’t have to get out of your vehicle to see the fall but I recommend getting down to lower creek level for pics. View from road doesn’t do it justice.

If hiking at Pedestal Rocks/Kings Bluff in warm weather this is the way to go to cool down. There are several great swimming holes up Falling Water and Richland Creek valleys. We go up Richland past the 'Nars and out Woolum. This way is not a drive for an AWD at the end. Need a 4wd that can ford 2-3 ft of water if coming out Woolum (use your head, don't cross if water up and fast). Can take a Prius down falling water road to the Richland Creek campground though.

This is a killer swimming hole!! Beautiful spot, we hiked in from the road not on the trail. This is a must see spot. Falling Waters Road is just gorgeous all the way down to Richland Creek Wilderness area.

very curvy and steep roads to get there. the camp sites are extremely close to your neighbor and there isn't any gravel down so it is muddy. the trails and map are difficult to navigate.

Drove today 5/7. Did not see any waterfalls. The drive was beautiful, and no trouble on the road other than no wifi when you drive the road. Used the map and route on the All Trails app.

Excellent trip, many Scenic views and waterfalls on this road. The waterfalls were roaring after a big rain. I would recommend turning around at Richland creek though. There is not much but rough log road past there.

This was a mix of Driving and Hiking. we seen several waterfalls that were not listed on the route. This is an amazing place to visit. I would recommend just driving from 16 to the campground and then backtracking. This will save a couple hours off your drive. It is easy to get turned around on the backroads.

Took just a short trip down the road to the first falls. Saw a couple young guys jumping off into the water. Pretty chilly since it was March 3rd. Very nice drive. Will be better in a couple weeks when the dogwoods start to blossom.
