First class, all-purpose trail ideal for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and walking. Rolling elevations provide a good workout, lake views. Wide as a country road, the 4-foot width reduces ticks & chiggers risk in summer. Mile markers are provided in the form of sturdy picnic tables. Trailheads and parking at Robinson Point and Panther Bay, restrooms available seasonally. Look for eagles nest directly overhead near the Panther Bay trailhead. David’s Trail is 17-miles long with five trailheads, and future plans to extend the trail to the Missouri border.

Easy, and not very hilly in or out. I plan to return and take my grand kids (ages 6-8) there.
