This is a short trail that takes you through old growth timber overlooking a small valley, then swings around the base of a small bluff and returns to the trailhead crossing a small creek and following for a short distance an old road bed.

Ice damage has blocked the road before the top. Adds another 0.5 mile to the hike.

This loop trail is rather short; however, it is a nice walk through old growth timber, around an small bluff (a good spot to poke around for crystals) and along an old wagon trail. Worth a look when your in the area.
