10:30 Biked riding hybrid bikes. The trail was clear but could tell it had been flooded. It was shaded, not crowded and had a bathroom. Great ride to break up a 6 hour trip from Little Rock to Wichita.

Paved trail with trees down blocking the trail. The flooding took its toll on some of the trail, but this is a nice trail to train for 5Ks.

I walked the trail today. I got there around 930. There were people there but it wasnt bad at all. I only saw 3 people on the trail. Very nice and shaded.

Trail is well maintained, asphalt path. The trail is closed pass Rabbit Run do to flooding. Monitor reopening if you are wanting to experience whole path.

This is a decent trail for being inside of a city. It is relatively quite too.

Awesome easy trail!! You can bring your dogs, and it is all paved and even has equipment to help you stretch certain muscles along the way!

I love this bike trail!!! It's all pavement with a few twist and turns. It also has beautiful wooden bridges.

This trail was paved, wide, and fairly well-maintained (some rotting timber on small bridges). The majority of the trails were shady, and it wasn't crowded at all. Par stations were in good condition, also. Maps are faded and (mildly) vandalized, those could use replacing.

For someone that likes to hike all the time this Trail can be a little boring because it's so easy, but there are some cool things to look at.

Pretty cool trail. It's best to go in the summer time because it is very shady, you don't get a lot of sun. But I like all the workout stations and multiple trails that you can walk

Bona Dea is a great system of Trails. There are several different trails to walk, jog or bike. Lots of trees provide shade. The trails are paved and fairly even. There are a few areas where tree roots are causing the trail to rise and crack but over all it is a good place to walk. Birds and squirrels are seen regularly. Snakes have been seen but the trail is wide enough to get away from them. Alligators are in the area occasionally. All in all a very good place to walk or bike or jog.
