Trail is very easy, almost like a nature walk. The mountain views are breathtaking. Very pretty stroll.
Good trail for beginners or anyone that does not want elevation. Only complaint was the fee. Not sure the justification for hikers. No military discount either. They want their full $7 no matter what. Then all the bathrooms weren’t even open on top of that. Good trail for relaxing stroll and views if you are local and have $7 to spare.
What a great trail. It's flat and easy on your feet. But, great views of the mountains in almost every direction. Some of the best views of Four Peaks to the east and of Weaver's Needle to the southeast. It was very green the day we hiked, so we got to see all kinds of vegetation. If you have a mountain bike and want flat easy trails, this is it. If you have a horse, we saw folks riding. Check out my video of our hike complete with some wildlife shots. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_g4IeZYPko
Parking at Wagner Loop is $6.00 for the day. Easiest way to get to the trailhead is to make a left turn at the Nature Center and there will be parking to the right at the entrance to the trail. This is a beautiful well maintained easy trail for any level of hiker.
