Nice day to do this loop. The loop was a little challenging but scenery and views were great! Getting to the loop was hot and a little boring.

I did this one a few months back and loved it!!! Actually, I done a few variations of this trail as there are so many options to take. I started from the Dreamy Draw Park and took a few trails to get to the VOAZ. Probably my favorite parts of the trail were the VoAZ, Freedom Trail, and Irregular Link (1C) trails. It gives a good view of the mountains and provides a good challenge!

Definitely hard to follow on the gps on here. The red line is all over the place, like whoever made it was drunk and kept going off and on the trail. The actual trail is along the dotted line, so you’re better off following that. Beautiful views though!

Yes map is hard to follow and there are a mess of trails up there, but it is very beautiful and peaceful and was a very pleasant trek this morning. A little rockier than anticipated but otherwise a great walk.

That was gorgeous! The canyon on the south side of the mountain is breath taking! The map shows the start from 32nd st - the first Mtn saddle... go up and back the SAME way... map not clear and trust me... follow the gps and enjoy!!
