This proved to be way more enjoyable than I was expecting. A good amount of up and down combined with optional summit spurs made for a fun, quick trip around the west end of Lookout. Watch the app if you want to stick closely to the route... there are lots of other non-marked trails in this area.
Didn’t get to finish the trail because I took so many missed turns
Awesome hike with stellar views and bits of good cardio. One spot actually had me a little nervous because it was on the cliff edge, but the trail was in good shape beneath the shrubs. Breathtaking views, the entire way. Hard to believe this is in the middle of the city. My only gripe was having to take out my phone a dozen or so times to make sure I was on the right path. I can't wait to go out and explore this area some more.
Quick trail on recovery day or just want to get out for a bit! Will do this one again when I’m short on time!
Good half-loop trail for a quick workout. Very low impact, however. Actually, more of a leisurely stroll. Good nature walk that's great for the kiddos. Trail access is from the Hidden Hills neighborhood. This was great when I lived in this neighborhood. My go to hike as a kid!
