Thumb Butte Trail is a 0.5 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Golden Valley, Arizona that features a cave and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The trial as it is on all trails is easy. I mean it's a bit steep at spots but easily doable. I routed to the top and found the gravel very difficult to maneuver even with my good hiking boots. Anyway, fun hike

This was an enjoyable hike on the ATV trail. Great views and fun to hike right up to the "thumb"!
