Just did the north side and it was very precarious at times. Lots of construction.

This is a very easy walk. It's mostly paved and as others have mentioned, there are homeless camps at the east end under the freeway overpass at McClintock Dr. They kept to themselves though. We added in "A" mountain for a little challenge and stopped a couple of times for water breaks. Ended up doing a total of about 7 miles in 3.25 hours. It was a leisurely pace.

Cool urban trail option adjacent to Tempe. Rare hike near a body of water in the valley.

In order to complete this trail you have to go under a freeway overpass and then climb down some rocks to meet back up with the trail which is really more of a maintenance road. the loop is ok but I don't recommend doing it at night as parts are very dark and poorly lit.

Lots of homeless at the east end. Uncomfortable running at night. Otherwise enjoyable views of the lake and surrounding are.

Beautiful walking trail. Great to be by the water. Walked the whole trail. Bring water, sunscreen and a hat.

I’m new to Arizona and seeing that my girlfriend love little gems like this one, I give it 5 stars. I mean yea it can be overcrowded sometimes but it’s next to ASU so that comes with the territory. Parking is a lil hectic but the views of the lake, light up bridge and vibe makes up for it. Definitely useful after a stop at Panda Express lol.

Fun trail for walking and talking. Cool art sculptures on southwest side of loop. Bridge lights up at night and has beau urban scenery.

Nice, flat stroll on the lake. There are a lot of electric scooters sharing the path so be thoughtful.

It’s a really good path for the family and young kids as well!

Ita hard to fairly assess this "trail" as it isn't a trail... it's a paved path right next to one of the largest Universities (ASU) in the country. It's a nice place to go for a run or ride ride your bike, but thats about it... I find it strange that this was even put into the app. Should we start including sidewalks and roads as well?

The whole trail is 4 hour and 8.9 Miles. It only lets you get to the other side on 1 side of the loop. The use of the bridges to get to the other side is good. All in all great walk.
