Telegraph Line Road is a 8.3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Scottsdale, Arizona that features a lake and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, horses, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs and horses are also able to use this trail.
This trail is not at all clearly defined... it has no marked trail head. The first 2 miles is really a flood wash and is extremely overgrown in many places. Definitely not dog or horse friendly. I would recommend paying close attention to your landmarks, since there are many flood washes that run parallel. Won't be doing this hike again
This trail has been closed to vehicles on both ends for quite some time now!
You can still hike it if you want though.
