Great cardio. Beautiful and clean. Moderate challenge. Trail well labeled
I use four trails to form a 5.5 mile loop. Hau’Pal-Alta-Max Delta-Crosscut. Starts off moderate with a steady uphill climb, then turns to difficult with some rather precarious moments over the mountain top, then gets easy as you hit Alta and pass through Max Delta, and finishes off with a few inclines on Crosscut before meeting back up with Hau’pal for a decline back to the trailhead.
Short, incline hike. Nice views the whole way up. Started at 6am, done by 7:25am.
If you go up and back it is two miles if you take the trail all the way up and around it loops back to the parking lot that is about 4 miles. you end up on the very top of the mountain and it seems like it is too far but it isn’t stay in trail it’ll loop around.
Great for incline. Really gets the heart rate going. Take alot of water I always finish all of mine.
Good steep trail. Especially at the top. Nice workout. Would recommend for a great workout.
This is a trail if you’re looking for a workout! It’s just up and up for about an hour. Feels great but exhausting. I took my hyperactive golden retriever pup and even he was worn out by the end of this trail. It’s a quick one too so you can get it done fast and still have the rest of your day.
