Sycamore Basin Trail is a 14.4 mile out and back trail located near Clarkdale, Arizona and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and backpacking and is best used from September until May. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Great for a day hike or a nice little backpacking trip. There are a few swimming holes and sandy beaches the farther back you hike. Be sure to bring that bug repellent in the summer months, there are tons of insects around the water! And if I remember correctly you cannot burn fires down there.
