Rock Peak Wash Trail is a 4.1 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Queen Creek, Arizona that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from August until May. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The first .7 miles is awful. It's all sand and loose gravel. Really hard to walk in. But once the trail joins into the San tan trail system it is awesome! Beautiful scenery
Great views, and the wash makes the short & flat hike worth it. This is where I spent a lot of time rehabilitating my ankle/leg after a surgery.
Said parts of hike are in a wash....should have said the whole hike is a wash
View was pretty nice, walking the wash a little more challenging at beginning since the wash is sandy and also gravel.
More to come . As the title states , The trail literally is in a wash ,The views are pretty good if you don't mind hiking in sand
