Such an amazing experience! I completed this one day rim to rim trek (North Kaibab to Bright Angel) with my mother in law for my 35th Birthday last September with K2 Adventure Travel out of Phoenix. It will stretch you so hard past limits you didn’t know you could push through. It’s amazing what you can force your body to do when there is no other option to keep walking. Not for the faint of heart or physical condition. I wouldn’t say it was “fun,” the experience goes so much deeper than that. Planning a south rim trip in two years and would do another North to South Rim to Rim again if someone else wants to give it a go with me.
