HikingGreat!Snow

Awesome hike! I did not see another party on the trial all day! Nobody was out there, but there was mountain lion tracks in the snow! Check out my route. I did see other people with vehicles on the forest roads, but no one on the trails! If you do the entire loop I did, which is a portion of Reynolds Creek trail (trail head at dead end of FR410) to Center Mountain trail, to FR145, back to FR410, it makes a nice loop. Great distance and incline. It's not bad hiking the forest roads either, very few cars (01/02/21), and pleasant scenery the entire time! If you do not want to do the whole loop on foot you can always head up 5 miles or however far want to and make it a point to point rather than a loop, either way you will not be disappointed. I'm anxious to get back to this one!

HikingOver grown

This trail keeps going up. Made it to the top on Fay two after overnighting at Knoll’s hole spring where there was water. Saw lots of Bear sign and herd many elf burgling. Saw one elf a rattler and lots of squirrel. Want to go back for a day trip and find the waterfall trail.

First to Review

Excellent hike did it with my 14&12 year olds. Trail was very clear almost the entire trail. About mile four it opens up and there’s is some non thorny over grown shrubbery. I had on jeans and a t shirts and had zero issue. Bring plenty of water while most of the trail is covered very well there are a few rock quarry’s that are quiet warm if you linger too long. Fair amount of up and down hill through so there are some breathers in between the uphill sections. I plan on hiking here again for sure.
