Quartz Trail Loop is a 3.5 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Cave Creek, Arizona that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, trail running, horses, and mountain biking and is best used from October until March. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The Quartz Trail is a 1.4 mile trail in Cave Creek Regional Park that is accessed from either Go John or Slate trail. It's worth it to weave along a ridge to see some amazing views.

Beautiful views. A pretty decent workout, as you change elevation as you wrap around the mountains.

Absolutely one of the best trails to see beautiful quartz vertical slate and jasper outcroppings. Connected to go John trail excellent challenging trails. You do share the trails occasionally with horses
