Super easy trail with lots of bikers. I arrived shortly after 5am and there were already quite a few people starting out. The halfway point is at the stone houses, with some nice views. The return path is mostly sand for the first half - it is a wash after all.

Super easy and relaxing trail. Lots of shade and stop-offs. Not many people.

Fun! Took a wrong turn and ended up Back on the National trail, but that was fine too. :)

Easy beautiful trail! The spring flowers are out :)

Lovely desert walk. Good opportunity to see saguaros up close. Some of the trail markings could have been clearer. There are many washes that are easily mistaken for trails.

Nice easy trial. I was a little confused on where the trail went a couples times, but it was nice!

Nice little stroll. A little sandy in the wash but that is to be expected. Super flat and cruisey on the National trail portion. Beautiful mountains with nice facilities at the trail head.

Completed this loop today but I parked about a mile from the trail head, and at the top of the “lollipop” where the National and Mormon Loop meet I went up the National an additional 1/2 mile so that I could get 10 miles total!

the trail was very easy and had signs at most intersections, but was missing them at several locations. There was a lot of hiking on gravel areas which was challenging. Not a bad experience, but not a hike I would do again.

at the bottom walk UP the pima wash trail portion. Great workout due to lots of sand and I only saw 3 people the whole way up. coming down the national I saw more people than I could count. I'll do pima wash as an out and back next time.

Nice and easy hike. Lots of mountain bikers but trail was wide enough for everyone in most places. Dog and kid friendly.

Pretty easy but walking the trail can really get your heart rate up. Traffic is just right meaning I was comfortable because it wasn't desolate. Saw quite a few families with small children, people walking their dogs and people riding mountain bikes. I HIGHLY recommend this trail.

This trail is an easy one for all skill levels. There is barely any shade so go early. And be ready to bring home a lot of little rocks/sand with you in your shoes!

Very nice park but quite a few people so you won't feel very remote. Despite that it's still has lots of good desert habitat with good views. The hiking was generally easy to occasionally moderate in spots.
