Easy hike. Flat parts most of it. If you go right you get any climb over with. Lots of bikers. Good views of the city.
Earlier AM hikes best. Wish mountain bikers would say something as they approach.
Great loop with good variation and some looser sections of rock to really make you work in those uphills. Did it counterclockwise. Views in the distance of smoke from wildfires up north. Very surprised to encounter zero mountain bikers on any portion of this loop (their tracks were all over, just no people).
We only hiked half the trail before turning around. Good trail for working out and privacy. No great views. Maybe okay for active dogs.
Nice burn out, but an amazing ride with my Tio Adrian Felix.
Great running trail to take clockwise for a nice sunrise. I took a wrong turn and ended up doing an unplanned climb and improv trail to make it back, but it ended up being a perfect 5mi and a little extra challenge!
This is a pretty long flat trail. There are only a couple of nice, steep grades that had some loose rocks. If you're like me and prefer to take those uphill vs downhill, I'd take this trail counterclockwise. It was almost empty for a Sunday but it is about 80 degrees today.
